投資銀行、グローバル企業、大学経営、地域での実践を通じて培った経験をもとに、新規事業、先端技術の事業化、組織横断プロジェクト、社会実装を支援しています。
モルガン・スタンレーのM&A部門でキャリアを開始し、その後、NTTグループ、インテル等において、企業買収、事業提携、新規事業開発、研究開発成果の事業化に従事しました。30年以上にわたり、10か国以上、総額3,000億円を超える案件に携わっています。
現在はKnots & Company代表として企業・大学・地域の戦略設計と社会実装を支援するとともに、工学院大学理事、山梨県立大学客員教授等を務めています。

Yayoi Kamimura | Founder and CEO
Yayoi Kamimura is the Founder and CEO of Knots & Company, an independent advisory firm that helps companies, universities and regional organizations turn complex ideas into executable strategies, partnerships and projects.
She began her career as a financial analyst in Morgan Stanley’s M&A division and later worked with NTT Group, Intel and other global companies. Over more than 30 years, she has been involved in cross-border M&A, strategic alliances, new business development and the commercialization of research and technology. Her work has spanned more than ten countries, with an aggregate transaction value exceeding US$3 billion.
She currently serves as a trustee of Kogakuin University and as a visiting professor at Yamanashi Prefectural University. She holds master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and Sophia University and is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
